Creating Community and Connection in an exciting way at the North Bay Public Library!
Begin the New Year, on the right foot with a weekly senior chair yoga class, that will invite more movement, flexibility and freedom into the body. The class will focus on alignment, body/mind awareness, breath work , balance and joint releasing.
Anne Bentley will lead a modified fun gentle yoga class, using the chair to assist you with postures and balance. This class is especially designed for all body types, including mobility people with physical limitations. Be prepared to feel energised and elevated as you leave class.
What you will need: wear comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and an exercise band or yoga strap with you.
Yoga mats will also be available in limited supply.
Chair yoga will run weekly on Wednesday afternoons, 1-2PM in the library Auditorium.
Dates: January 14, 21, 28, February 4, 11, 18.
