Stuck in the middle: Supporting the Sandwich Generation caring for older adults
Join us on Monday October 6, 6-7:30PM in the Mezzanine Room for information to support those caring for older adults in their lives, as part of our Coffee + Conversation senior's program series.
Hello Darlene will share some logistical, emotional, and planning challenges faced by the sandwich generation. Both those caring for older adults and parents. Learn about practical tips, planning ideas, and general best practices to help an older adult navigate aging at home and relocation successfully to reduce burnout and gain a sense of control.
This program is for those aged 18+.
