Program Description

Event Details

Are you looking for a fun and creative way to celebrate Mother's Day with your child? Look no further than the "Plants for Mom" event hosted by the children's department at your local library.

This two-session event is perfect for kids who love to create and express themselves. During the first session, your child can unleash their artistic side by painting a plant pot and crafting other unique items. The library staff will provide all the necessary materials, so all your child needs to bring is their imagination!

In the second session, your child will get to pot a beautiful flowering plant that they can give as a special gift to their mom. What better way to show your appreciation for all the hard work and love that moms give than with a handmade gift from their child?

Registration for this event starts on April 5 and can be done in person at the children's department. The cost is only $3.00 per child. The event will occur on Thursdays, May 2 and May 9, from 11:00 to 11:30 am. Take advantage of this opportunity to create special memories with your child and celebrate Mother's Day in a meaningful way!

Please note there are no exceptions to the age limit; the child must be 3-5 years old on the event day.
