Join us on Saturday January 24th from 1-3PM in the Mezzanine Room for a book reading and signing with Indigenous journalist and author Maurice Switzer.

Maurice Switzer will read passages from his debut novel Sons of Tecumseh and be available to sign copies of the book. Copies of the book will also be available for purchase at the event.

Sons of Tecumseh is a novel intended to educate and entertain. The novel follows Pershu Butler, a direct descendant of the legendary Tecumseh as he works as a bodyguard for the new National Chief, watching as history is on the verge of repeating itself.

This is a free event!

Maurice Switzer is a citizen of the Mississauguas of Aldervile First Nation in Southern Ontario where his grandfather served as Chief in the first decade of the 20th century.
