Drop in to the Mezzanine Room on May 13 from 1-2 PM to meet Suzanne Rochon and Carmen Jelly Weiss.

Their new book Returning to Real, Embracing the We in Me is a wounds to wellness guidebook, helping the reader navigate through life and the inner struggles we all encounter.

In support of mental health awareness week Carmen and Suzanne will be donating proceeds of book sales during the launch to support mental health services in the community.
